We currently have a Main Office and two more branch offices downtown Monterrey in which we develop and manage engineering projects. We are composed of a total of 140 employees, of which 12 perform administrative functions and the rest perform operational tasks in any branch of Engineering and at different levels such as engineers, designers, draftsmen, supervisors, assistants, among others.

With this number of collaborators we are able to provide 26 thousand man-hours per month in the technical area, considering only full labor days. If we draw upon our part-time staff, we can increase, if required, up to 50,000 man-hours in this same period without having to resort to new hires. This work force potential allows us to fulfill the commitments made both in quality and delivery times.

Ramírez Celada y Asociados S.C. is the first engineering company of the RCA group founded by Mr. Rubén Darío Ramírez Celada (†) on March 8, 1976 in Monterrey, N.L.

Therefore, we have the necessary software for the development of projects such as Microsoft Windows, Office, Project, AutoCAD, REVIT, STAAD PRO, ETAP, BENTLEY, RECAP and NAVISWORKS in their latest versions, in addition of the use of the manuals of codes and quality standards in force in the sector.
